Enrolment FAQ's
1) When will I be notified about my child’s enrolment application?
Kindergarten click here
Year 7 click here
K-12 Standard Enrolment Application click here (separate to Kindergarten and Year 7 enrolment process)
Due to the high volume of applications being submitted and the limited number of placements available all applicants are automatically placed on a waitlist. As soon as a suitable placement becomes available your child will be invited to trial.
Please note, there is no waitlist order. This means that unfortunately our staff will not be able to provide a waitlist number or a timeframe for a when a placement will become available. Until a placement becomes available our staff will communicate via email (at least twice per year) requesting updates for your child’s application (ie; updated school reports/updated sport information). This information will then be added to your child’s application and they will remain on our waitlist until a placement becomes available.
2) I have been informed that my child has been placed on a waitlist, what does this mean?
As per question 1.

3) Will my child always remain on a waitlist?
Applicants are only removed from the waitlist if it has been requested by a guardian or if the guardian has not replied to our email communications after one year.
4) Will my child’s application rollover to the following year?
Yes. All applications rollover unless requested by a guardian or if the guardian has not replied to our email communications after one year.
5) Can I confirm my child’s enrolment by submitting an application years in advance?
Unfortunately no. All applicants are required to complete the enrolment processes described in question 1. One year prior to enrolment is the ideal time to apply for all year groups.
6) Is there a cut-off date for applications?
Whilst we accept applications all year round, applicants will be contacted to trial when a suitable placement becomes available. See Kindergarten enrolment process and Year 7 enrolment process for important enrolment dates.

You do not need to, however this does help our enrolment team understand the level of participation, interest and involvement your child has in sport.
What if I cannot attend the Play Program?
If you cannot attend the Play Program, please contact Jenny Stafford jstafford@ccsc.nsw.edu.au
At what age should I send my child to CCSC?
We would recommend your child turning 6 years of age in the year of enrolment (eg; Kindergarten 2025, child born 2019)
