Last term saw the community and marketing team hit the road and visit 130 precolleges on the Central Coast. These visits were invaluable as we had the opportunity to meet the directors and the teachers of these wonderful precolleges, see and hear all about the fantastic work they do and share with them what our college has to offer for their families.
We also received great feedback from our new pilot pre-kindy physical literacy program that kicked off last term in Kariong. The four week pilot program saw eight participants enjoy a weekly one hour session concentrated on fundamental movement skills, through a variety of games and activities. We are up and running again this term with the program extending to eight weeks.
Our focus this term is to strengthen our relationships with precolleges within our community. Hearing from them how best we can assist and support the wonderful work they do on a daily basis is our number one focus. These relationships will allow families a better understanding about what we offer as a college and why we might be the right fit for their child.
