Welcome to the last cafe blog of 2016.
In week 7 the cafe had the pleasure of hosting potential hospitality workers. All the students did very well and enjoyed their own food at the end of the lesson.
The menu they cooked was as follows:
Homemade Labneh with sourdough croutons
Pan-fried prawn filo tart
Beef sliders with salad
Chicken and vegetable skewers
Assorted truffles
Shortbread biscuits
Now you know for sure they can cook for you on Christmas Day!
