The new chips for sale in the cafe are the talk of the town. The brand is Thomas Chipman and they are 100% gluten free and certified organic. The sale price is $4.50 which seems high but it is a large packet and the cafe is making minimum money on them. They are coach approved so say no more!
The menu for the past week was:
Monday – Penne Bolognaise with Greek salad and shaved parmesan cheese.
Tuesday – Buttered chicken with pickled onion, tomato and cucumber salad.
Wednesday – Tuscan beef rissoles with mashed potato, braised peas and spinach and gravy.
Thursday – San choy bau with crisp lettuce leaves and a sweet potato chestnut salad.
Friday – Crumbed fish burgers with with all the salad options and coleslaw.
