What a great start to the year. Having recently joined the kitchen team, I can honestly say I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time in the brand new kitchen cooking up fresh and healthy options for our students.
We must be hitting the mark as nearly every day I hear someone comment on how this dish is their favourite. It’s great to see everyone digging in to the salads and steamed veggies as well.
Our menu for the final week of the term was:
Penne pasta boscaiola with pumpkin and roquette salad
Chilli con carne with corn chips, and a corn and tomato salsa
BLT with garlic aioli
Wood fired pizza
I hope everyone has a fantastic Easter break and we look forward to seeing all the students back for a stellar Term 2!

Yum..wish food was like this when I was a college. Our kids are very lucky to have such great options for lunch.
