It’s that time of year again when the sun is staying out longer and the days are becoming warmer.
A lot of people make new year resolutions but why not start early this year. With winter sports wrapping up we parents have regained some spare time which should be spent on ourselves.
I believe that it is a good chance to take advantage of the extra energy the sun seems to give us and make a change from our winter ways.
A few easy ways of doing this is to:
- Review the food we are consuming as the warmer temperatures bring new light salad options.
- Change our sleeping habits by getting up early and going for that morning walk or bike ride.
- Doing more exercise, as simple as walking on the beach and swimming.
I think Spring is a great time of year to start thinking about your goals and dreams for the coming year and starting now will help you get there.
