Hi Everyone,
I hope all enjoyed the extra-long weekend, without eating too much chocolate.
I would like to talk about the latest product in the cafe fridge, “Protein Water”.
BODIE’z Clear Protein Water is one of the most technologically advanced supplementary sports products on the market.
Using only the highest quality whey protein isolate and ingredients, BODIE’z Clear Protein Water is a revolution!
BODIE’z Clear Protein Water is packed full of ELECTROLYTES and VITAMINS to rehydrate and replenish you after all your hard work!
BODIE’z Clear Protein Water range currently consists of a pre workout ‘Energise’ range and post workout ‘Build’ range.
‘ENERGISE’ is a highly technical Clear Protein Water with 20 grams of clear whey protein isolate. The addition of Guarana in the ‘Energise’ range will give you that extra kick prior to exercise or as an alternative to that morning coffee. It also contains less than 1 gram of fat, carbs and sugar, has zero preservatives and no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.
‘BUILD’ is a fantastic tasting Clear Protein Water with 30 grams of clear whey protein isolate. It is all natural, contains less than 1 gram of fat, carbs and sugar, has zero preservatives and no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.
I found this product a short time ago and after discussions with the coaches and management we decided to trial it at college as it doesn’t contain the normal high sugar hit of most energy drinks.
Cheers, Chef Ash

What age group is this targeting please? I’d be horrified if my Y6 son drank this!
Ashley van Kints says
HI,
Thanks for your comments, the college would not stock this product if it was in any way harmful to our community.
The Cafe isn’t targeting anyone in particular, we are trying to educate the college community on what products are out there and to make a smart choice as an individual what works for yourself. We stand by our belief that water is the best hydration option and that is why the Cafe supplies free cold filtered water. We also believe that sports people like our staff and students sometimes need assistance in gaining extra protein in there diet.
Education is the key.
I’m also horrified that people slurp down $1.00 frozen cokes from fast food outlets containing 120Grams of sugar (OMG thats a bowl of sugar).
We also don’t sell any kind of energy drink or powerade due to the sugar and caffeine levels.
We can only hope that more people take an interest in what is going into their body’s and their loved ones.
Cheers
