The main point I was trying to get across is that our goal at ITS at this stage is to build a solid foundation of quality movement that creates efficient, resilient players. This foundation sets all players up with a greater chance of being able to handle increased on-court training loads without breaking down with injury. The videos below are examples of our players demonstrating some of the exercises that are currently both part of our strength program and warm up. While they are not perfect and still have a few things to work on, the students have come along way in a short period of time and are constantly progressing.
