The term is going quickly and all the students are now settled into the cafe routine with most using their manners and not many wasting food.
I would like to keep you up to date with the menu from the past couple of weeks.
Monday 16th– Beef lasagne w/ Greek salad
Tuesday – Fish cakes w/ homemade tartare and a lemon fennel rocket salad
Wednesday – Tandoori chicken legs w/ boiled rice and a pickled onion cucumber salad
Thursday – Corned beef, mashed potato and leek pea braise
Friday – Beef sausages w/ all the salad options
Monday 23rd – Beef meatballs w/ Napolitana sauce and a pear, feta and baby spinach salad
Tuesday – Cottage pie w/ rocket, semi-dried tomato and pine nuts
Wednesday – Chicken and chorizo paella w/ camembert, walnut and snow pea sprouts
Thursday – Pork and vegetable Hokkien noodle stir fry
Friday – Pulled chicken or leg ham wraps
