“What is that?” is a question we often hear in the Cafe, so I can only assume that the students some days have trouble explaining what they have had for lunch. Each day we write on our black board and highlight our new electronic menu display what is on today’s menu, however, the students often miss it.
So I thought I should give you the past few weeks menu.
- Sang Choy Bau w/fried shallots coriander and bean sprouts.
- Roasted pork leg w/roasted chat potatoes carrot batons and gravy.
- Grilled chicken breast burgers w/all the salad.
- Tuna and mixed vegetable pasta
- Buttered chicken w/steamed rice and a pickled onion tomato cucumber salad.
- Beef rissoles w/mashed potato and a green bean pea and baby spinach braise.
- Moroccan chicken drumsticks w/ a cous cous parsley sultana carrot salad.
- Assorted wraps
- Penne carbonara w/ feta pumpkin & baby spinach salad.
- Chicken stroganoff w/ mashed potato.
- Beef Korma w/ steamed rice
- Oven baked fish w/crispy smashed chats and a pea puree.
- Hand cut rump steak sandwich w/ balsamic glazed onions.
