As the term draws to a close, it’s time for the café to say a big thank you to all our suppliers for the great produce they have been provided to our college all year. Thank you to:

A massive thanks to our volunteers for helping serve and clean up every day. Life would be much harder without you.
A big thanks to the staff of the whole college for helping the students and assisting the café in anyway that is needed.
Last fortnight’s menu:
Monday – Beef sausage tomato pasta with buffalo mozzarella, baby spinach and chia salad
Tuesday – Spiced beef rissoles with mash potato, honey carrots and gravy and a cherry tomato lentil salad
Wednesday – Poached chicken and hokkien noodle stir fry with bok choy and fried shallots
Thursday – BBQ lamb griller with Dutch cabbage
Friday – BLT ( First time and what a hit!!!!)
Monday – Gnocchi with a bacon and vegetable aurora sauce and a pumpkin fetta rocket salad
Tuesday – San Choy Bow with all the Asian trimmings
Wednesday – Sate chicken kebabs with boiled rice and a cabbage capsicum salad
Thursday – Wraps with leg ham, chicken and roast beef plus all the salads
Friday – Beef hamburgers with sliced cheese and salad
Next week in advance
Monday – Boscaiola pasta with tossed seasonal summer salad
Tuesday – Cottage pie
Wednesday – Sausage sandwiches
Thursday – Everyone’s favourite beef nachos
