Anyone who knows me, knows that roles and responsibilities within a team structure is the one thing I am most interested in.
One of the major lessons I am trying to get across to my playing group at IFS is that winning football games at the highest level is not just two teams trying to outscore each other within 90 minutes. Of course both teams are trying to win, but there is a way they are trying to score their goals and there is a way that they are trying to prevent their opponents from scoring. There is a process. it’s not just ‘let’s cross our fingers and hope for the best’.
