Yesterday, year 9 and 10 students embarked on the 5 Lands Walk which saw them all successfully complete the trek through bush, beach and track. The stunning walk showcased some of the Central Coast’s best vantage points and beaches. Walking from Macmasters Beach to Terrigal SLSC, the students were awesome in terms of attitude, effort and embracing the challenge of the trek.
Some students, who thought the Central Coast was basically Kariong and Gosford, were astounded by the natural beauty and quality of the beaches. A great day alround which reminded me how fantastic it is to be a PDHPE Teacher at IFS in Australia. As I often tell my Welsh friends and family, “Your holiday is my life.”
