This is why I love what I do and you can try it too…….
Get three eggs, try and stand them on top of each other and now left go of the middle egg keeping the egg tower as straight vertically as possible….
Did you see the middle egg spin……??? No one has yet told me why this happens.
Also cut a tomato in half vertically and look inside, looks like someone’s lungs…????
Well tomatoes are good to aid breathing and the air inside your body, any coincidence? Its that sort of thing that I like and getting that knowledge across to the children inspires me and it’s the hands on things they will remember.
Taste is as important but when I make food its whats in it that counts.
Try and think of this in the mornings before training when all they want is a crumpet or a bit of toast, try and tempt them with something that’s going to increase their stamina and get them through that exercise.
Before a Tour De France race the team eat together much like we do as they are about to embark on a race, they eat lots of carbs with high fibre too.
