Central Coast Sports College Welcomes New Director to Drive Visionary Growth

Central Coast Sports College (CCSC) is proud to announce the appointment of John Mouland to the newly created role of Director of Strategy and Growth. John, a respected figure on the Central Coast, will also assume the duties of Company Secretary, working closely with founder Paul Chapman and the College Board to steer the organisation’s expansion and future offerings. John joins CCSC with a wealth of experience, having recently served as CEO of Regional Development Australia Central Coast. His contemporary perspective and commitment to community development are in perfect alignment with the college’s founding principles. Mr. Mouland, who previously served as a valued member of the college board, has stepped down from that role to join the executive team. “We are incredibly proud to have John join us,” said Paul Chapman, Founder and CEO. “His appointment marks a pivotal moment for our college as we look to expand our unique co-educational model that prioritises the holistic development of each student. John’s expertise will be instrumental in helping us challenge traditional educational models and realise our vision of creating a network of educational institutions across Australia.” John’s vast experience, including his senior leadership positions in the private, not for profit and government sectors, will be invaluable as the college explores new opportunities to support young people in striving for their dreams. CCSC was founded in 2013 on the belief that education should foster self-directed, accountable individuals and prepare students for real-world pathways. The college’s approach, which rejects external motivators like grades in favour of intrinsic motivation and curiosity-driven learning, has cultivated an environment where students flourish and take personal responsibility for their learning and lives.
